Current Status In Construction

In an effort to continue investing in economically distressed communities across the KC metro, the project team led by Community Builders of Kansas City is reinvesting in the Twin Elms/41 Paseo East development by updating existing facilities with 54 new affordable housing units for seniors. The development is located near key Kansas City nodes, including Country Club Plaza, the Nelson-Atkins Art Museum, and downtown Kansas City. Residents are within walking distance of RideKC's Prospect MAX Bus Rapid Transit line, which offers efficient transportation between downtown and 75th Street.
