Promise Place

Promise Place: Affordable Housing Meets Rapid Transit
Project At a Glance
Responding to the demand for more affordable housing in Kansas City, Missouri's urban core, the project team is delivering 101 units at 30% or 60% of Area Median Incomes. What's equally important is providing more residents with improved access to transit and mobility options. The project is sited within one block of RideKC's Prospect MAX route, which offers riders efficient transportation between downtown and 75th Street. The facility will also include bike storage for residents alongside dedicated vehicle parking, pedestrian paths between buildings, a community room, and on-site property management offices.
