Mohawk at 15

"At KCATA, our mission is to create access to housing, healthcare, education and employment. One of the ways we do that is by supporting transit-oriented community development along the transit corridors we serve," said KCATA President and CEO, Frank White III.
Mohawk at 15 is located at 1525 - 1531 Holmes Street, Kansas City, MO. The six-story apartment will include a blend of 190 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, ranging in size between 510 and 1,000 square feet. The development will also have a 6,000 square-foot public fitness center focused on athletic performance, yoga, boxing, cardio and recovery called The DogPound. The DogPound was founded by Kirk Myers, a fitness instructor and Kansas City native who has opened gym locations in New York, Los Angeles and Miami, with a host of celebrity clients.
"When people live near public transportation, they can shift their financial resources towards activities that foster prosperity - whether that's education, healthcare, or personal growth," said Michael Riley, Director of TOD/TOC at KCATA.
